The option for returns is available for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer an exchange or refund.
Only unused items in the same condition as when you received them are eligible for a return. The item must also be returned in its original packaging.
Items that cannot be returned:
* gift cards
To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of your purchase.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
No refund possible for:
- items not returned within 14 days of delivery
- damaged items
- used items
For cancellations, refunds must be requested within 7 days of cancellation; otherwise, we are unable to process refunds.
If we approve your refund, it will be processed and automatically credited back to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be posted.
If that's not the issue, contact your bank. Refunds often have a processing time.

No refunds will be issued for sale items.
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange an item for the same one, send an email to email@example.com and send the item to Gilainstraat 113, Tienen, 3300, Belgium.
You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for a replacement item to reach you depends on where you are located.
If you are sending us an item with a value of over €75, consider using a shipping service with tracking or insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
