RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

Eligibility for Returns:

You can return items within 14 days of purchase. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer an exchange or refund.

Conditions for Returns:

- Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.

- Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Required Documentation:

To process your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.  

Exclusions for Refunds:

- Items not returned within 14 days of delivery  

- Damaged items

REFUNDS

Refund Requests: 

Refunds for cancellations must be requested within 7 days of cancellation. Requests made after 7 days cannot be processed.

Processing Refunds: 

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds:

1. Check your bank account.

2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time for the refund to be posted.

3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

SALE ITEMS

No refunds will be issued for sale items.

 

EXCHANGES

Conditions for Exchanges: 

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. For an exchange request, email info@bymolnia.be and send your item to:

Customer Responsibility:

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount when applicable.

Additional Costs:

All costs related to returning items, including import duties, customs fees, and other additional charges, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Time for Exchanges:

The time it takes for a replacement item to reach you depends on your location.

Shipping Insurance:

If you are sending an item valued over €75, consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
