RETURN POLICY

Returns

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To request a return, email info@bymolnia.be within this period and include your order number.

After notifying us, within 14 calendar days after receiving your order return it to:

Return Conditions

You may inspect and try the item as you would in a physical store.

Items should be returned in good condition. You may be responsible for any loss in value caused by use beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.

Original packaging and labels are recommended but are not mandatory.

A receipt or other proof of purchase may be requested.

Return Costs

For a standard return, the direct return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

If the item is incorrect, defective or damaged upon delivery, By Molnia will cover the necessary return costs.

For returns from outside the European Union, additional customs or import charges may apply and are the customer’s responsibility for standard returns.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping your proof of shipment.

Refunds

After a valid return, we will refund:

  • the purchase price; and

  • the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered.

Extra costs for express or premium delivery are not refunded.

Refunds are made within 14 calendar days after receiving the return request. We may wait until we have received the item or proof that it was returned.

The refund will be issued through the original payment method.

Exceptions

The right of return does not apply to:

  • personalised or engraved items;

  • products made according to the customer’s specifications;

  • other products legally excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Discounted and sale items may also be returned unless a legal exception applies.

Exchanges and Defective Items

For a different size or product, you may return the original item and place a new order.

Incorrect, defective or damaged items are covered by the applicable legal guarantee. Contact us at info@bymolnia.be before returning such an item.
