SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
Orders are processed within approximately 1–4 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking information.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped with DPD. Available delivery methods and shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
Estimated delivery takes approximately 2–7 business days, depending on the destination. Processing and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by busy periods, customs procedures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Unless otherwise agreed, orders will be delivered within the legally required delivery period.
Customs and Import Charges
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs fees, local taxes or carrier administration costs.
These external costs cannot always be calculated in advance by By Molnia and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Address
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.
Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be changed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can still be changed.
Uncollected and Returned Packages
The customer is responsible for following the tracking information and collecting the package on time.
If a package is returned because it was not collected, the address was incorrect or delivery could not be completed due to the customer’s actions, the customer may choose:

reshipment after payment of the new shipping costs; or

cancellation, where legally permitted.
In case of cancellation, reasonable and actual return costs may be deducted from the refund.
Delays During Busy Periods
During holidays, sales periods and other busy periods, processing and delivery may take longer than expected.
